Saturday September 1st: Butterfly Social

Looking to meet new people in the community? Check out the Butterfly Social gathering at Java House (537 Queen W, 416-504-3025). It'll start around 2pm, so if you are passing by and see the large group of people sitting outside all wearing black drinking java, stop by and say hello. Sunday September 2nd: BME Party

Sunday September 2nd: Impanema

This all ages event happens on the Sunday of every long weekend. There is a little something for everyone. Music includes: Trance, industrial, synth-pop hip-hop, main stream, and more. There is also a drum and bass room. Freebies. There are wristbands for those who want to drink. With Brothers From Another Planet. At the Big Bop (651 Queen W) from 10pm-5am, tickets are $6 before 11, $8 after (purchase at door).

Tuesday September 4th: Kontrol Asylum

A new Tuesday night at the Vatikan (1032 Queen Street West) with DJ Bolt, NadX and guests spinning retro, electronic, industrial & synth. August 28th was the grand opening. Thursday September 6th: Suction Records Showcase

Stained Productions presents A Suction Records Showcase: an evening of robot pop and analog electronics featuring direct from Germany in an exclusive performance for North America Skanfrom (suction records/a.d.s.r. - live set) plus Toronto's very own Lowfish (suction records - live set) and Solvent (suction records/morr music - DJ/minidisc set). Tuesday September 11th: kONTROL Asylum

The Return of Nadx to kONTROL Asylum Tuesday's at the Vatikan. He'll bring tales of fear and loathing, and delight you with movie tickets and VHS giveaways all night. With DJ bOLT. www.kontrolasylum.com

Thursday September 13th: Black Coat Mob Movie Screening

"Inspired by the fallout from the Columbine High School shooting, Black Coat Mob is the story of one man's descent through hell as he mourns the murder of his beloved girlfriend and contemplates revenge against her killer. Sweet memories of his love haunt and challenge him to make a choice: love or hate, malice or forgiveness, revenge or redemption." Tonight, Savage Garden will do a movie screening of Black Coat Mob. Wednesday September 12th: Salon De Kink Fetish Party

Taking place on the second Wednesday of every month at Velvet Underground (508 Queen St. W). Cover is 15$ with clubwear, 8$ with fetishwear, and 6$ with pass. Doors open at 10pm.

Saturday September 15th: Fetish Masquerade

Featuring a "Back to School Night" with Lazarus, Phink and DJ Darq spinning Darkwave, EBM, Industrial, and old school Goth from 10 till 4 AM. Kinky School dress is the theme, but don't wear a suit and think you'll get in pretending to be a teacher, 'cause the dress code is STRICT fetish (no street clothes, no suits, no jeans). Admission is $10 at the door, $8 with pass, $5 with pin or in theme. Get there early to catch the $2.50 drink specials before 11pm. At the Reverb (651 Queen W @ Bathurst). Dj Carnage will be guest Dj'ing, one night only with Dj bOLT and nadX at the Vatikan on kONTROL Asylum Tuesday's. Spinning only the best in new synth and electronic. If you think you've heard it all then you're in for a big surprise. Special guest Dj Carnage will be supplying your ears with pleasure and your hearts with fear. Doors open @ 10pm, no cover, 19+. Tues September 18th: Tool

Tool with Meshuggah at the Air Canada Centre (40 Bay). Tickets going for $48.50-$29.50 on sale now from Ticketmaster. Thursday September 20th: ISM Fetish Night

Northbound Leather's ISM Fetish Night on all 3 floors at the Limelight (250 Adelaide W). DJ's Phink, Phluph-E and Jimi LaMort. Dress code in effect (Denim and Athletic wear not permitted). Saturday September 22nd: A Total Control Event

Mistress Jezebel takes you to a night of frenzied rushes at the Vatikan (1032 Queen W, 416.544.9166). Visual treats including special guests doing skits & captive submissive dancers.
