Saturday July 7th: Dark Rave v.17

Dark Rave v.17 with LIVE performances from PSYCHE and IMPLANT with DJ's Lazarus, Phink, Trauma, Clockwork, and Antithesis. Tickets are $15 in advance $20 at the door, $10 after the bands (bands will end around midnight). Tickets will be available after approximately june 18th at Siren, Penguin, and Metropolis Records. Monday July 16th: 9th Annual Scream in High Park

This annual outdoor literary festival starts at 7pm sharp. There is a suggested donation of $5.00. Bring a blanket, a picnic and a friend. Saturday July 21st: Fetish Masquerade

Fetish Masquerade party at the Reverb. Doors open at 10 pm and drinks are cheap before 11pm. Cover is $5 with pin or dressed in theme, $6 with a pass or $8 otherwise. Go to the "Medical Night" as a naughty nurse, dirty doctor, or perverted patient. The Fetish Masquerade is a regular event and takes place on the 3rd Saturday of every month at the Reverb. The long awaited return of the architects of sound, Haujobb has finally occurred. Polarity marks the end of a two year hiatus for Haujobb, who take this release to the edge of electronic extremes and beyond. Polarity is packed with electro break beats, ambient structures, and tweaked intricacies that deliver a wide spectrum of sound to fill the quietest void or largest chasm. Ether Net returns to Toronto on August 2, Ted's Wrecking Yard, 549 College St. Their music is awash with glittery guitars over edgy, ambient rock and darkly romantic vocals.
