Thursday February 1st: Dracula Slideshow and lecture  
The Friends of Merril Present: Dr. Elizabeth Miller, acclaimed expert on Bram Stoker's Dracula presents "The Origins of Dracula" - a slideshow and lecture. 7pm at the Merril Collection, Toronto Public Library On the third floor of Lillian H. Friday February 2nd: Videotaping of Reach For the Crypt
This dire & dreadful vampirological quiz show will be moderated by Daniel Richler. It will feature Dr. Elizabeth Miller, Professor of Gothic Literature at Memorial University, Baroness of the Transylvanian Society’s House of Dracula and author of Dracula: Sense and Nonsense. Tuesday February 6th: SnoCore Rock: Fear Factory, Kittie and more
The SnoCore Rock tour hits Toronto with Fear Factory, Kittie, The Union Underground, Slaves on Dope, and Boy Hits Car playing at the Warehouse. Tickets for 22.50$ and are on sale at www.artistdirect.com, www.ticketmaster.com, and at Ticketmaster outlets. This is an all ages event.

 

Wednesday February 7th: Sex Without Souls R.I.P. 1996 - 2001

This will be the last show and CD release of Toronto Goth-Rockers Sex Without Souls. Featuring D.J. Angelpie and giveaways from the Nine of Cups Cafe. The end is nigh. Doors open at 9pm, admission is 5$ at the door and its happening at The Reverb. 19+ only. Contact: sexwithoutsouls@hotmail.com

Wednesday February 14th: Anarchists' Valentine Party

The Anarchists' Cocktail will be open today (1286 Bloor W) Dj's Jurgen and Dave spinning Industrial, Synth-pop, EBM, Retro, Techno. There is a $5 cover charge but not if you have a ticket first! 500 tickets have been printed to be given away over the next coming weeks leading up to the day of event. They're all given out by now though. There were many different ways to get a ticket: 1- ask nicely 2- win it 3- go to House of Ill Repute and buy something or ask them nicely or 4- go to Coil and buy something or ask them nicely or 5- enter our contest (now closed). A Gothic industrial kinky glamour party with DJs Lazarus and Phink spinning goth and trash until 3am at the Reverb (651 Queen Street West, at Bathurst). Doors open at 10pm, $2.50 drinks before 11pm. Cover $5 with pin or dressed in red and black, or $6 with pass (which you can pick up at Siren) or $8 otherwise. This is a 19+ only event and there is a strict fetish dress code in effect.

 

Monday Feb 19th: Psycho-surf
