Sun. Sept 1st: Old Skool @ Savage

You wanted a Retro party - we threw one, and it kicked ass. You wanted an old style goth night. We dusted of the velvet and it was totally depressing (but in a good way). You wanted old Industrial so we bought you rivet retro and it was hard, hard and insane amounts of fun. Savage Garden has gone one step further and combined all three into one massive blow out party of Retro stylings. Savage Garden, 550 Queen St. W. With Dj's Ivan/Pale. Tues. Sept 3rd: Alice Cooper

 Fri. Sept. 6th: Hell Raised  

Deterrence, Souls Demise(Chicago), Abolisher (Chicago), Endorphins, Warmachine, Breadfan, Self Destruct. A post-appocolyptic onslaught of hard hitting heavy music that will leave you winded. Sat. Sept. 7th: DARKRAVE 3rd anniversary party

This will mark the beginning of the expansion of DARKRAVE to take over the entire Big Bop building. This means more music, more bands, more DJ's, 4 floors of mayhem, and the highly anticipated return of the 'bouncy fun castle'. This is seriously going to be a massive event. Main room djs: HELLRAVER (New York), SYN (Montreal), Lazarus (Toronto), PTK (Toronto), ClOcKwOrK (Toronto). Live act: TerrorFAKT. Sept. 12-17th: Shadows & Rust - a collection of photographs by Terry Steyn

Shadows & Rust documents Toronto's changing urban landscape from 1989 to 2002 featuring photographs of industrial buildings built circa early 1900s many of which have been demolished to make way for new housing and retail developments. Fri. Sept. 13th: Madam X Fetish Night *new*

After moving from the Limelight, the Madam X Fetish Night has made its way to the Vatikan, 1032 Queen St. W. This is a monthly event, taking place on the 2nd Friday of each month. Cover charge at the door, dress code in effect.


Sat. Sept. 14th: Sin Saturday *new*

Once a month on the second Saturday at the Vatikan, 1032 Queen St. W. Next is this Saturday the 14th of September. All retro Industrial all night with rotating Dj's nadX, Human Clone, Bladerunner and bOLT. Show up in your Vatikan shirt and get in for FREE! (You can buy these at the bar for $20). Sat. Sept. 14th: World Premiere of ABADDON: The film of the Gothic Opera

Abaddon | experimental rave opera | 60min | USA | dir. Pamela Theodotou A film adaption of the multimedia rave opera theatrically produced in the infamous club Mother in New York City. After taking a hit of 'china white', a deadly form of pure powdered heroin, a musician meets his false muse in a nightmarish hallucination that will lead to his death. As his ever present companion in his last hour, she tries to lull him into giving up his soul to his addiction and pain, to slip into unconsciousness and die without reflection or redemption. Then John is visited by another spirit, Suriel, an angel of compassion and known by most as the angel of death. The two spirits struggle for control over John's mind and body, asking him to decide between oblivion and enlightenment. Wed. Sept. 18th: Rue-Morgue Presents Elvira's Haunted Hills *new*

Elvira returns in a new lusty, busty adventure that spoofs the classic Vincent Price/Edgar Allen Poe gothic horror movies of the 60's. Co-starring Richard (Riff Raff) O'Brien, Elvira's Haunted Hills mixes the self-styled Valley Girl Ghoul's slapstick humor with the classic horror and a touch of The Rocky Horror Picture Show! Elvira stops for a night at the castle of Lord Vladimir Hellsebus, whose late wife, now a vengeful ghost - is a literal dead ringer for the Mistress of the Dark. What's a girl to do but break out in a song and dance? Elvira's Haunted Hills has never before been shown on Canadian screens and will not be widely available until October. Sept. 21-22 : The Clothing Show

The Clothing Show is a Bi annual event held each spring and fall, at the Automotive Building, CNE, Toronto. Host to over 160 vendors selling everything from Over 160 New Designer and Vintage clothing vendors. Selling everything from the hottest goth styles to vintage and one- of-a-kind finds at incredible prices. Shop for clothing shoes, jewelry, leather, corsets and more. Some successful local designers attending include Desire, Pho Pa, Erota leather, Excalibor, Sword in the Stone, Beaded Amazon, Nocturnalia and Victorian Charm among others. Show takes place at the Automotive building, CNE. The hours are Sat. 11am - 7pm, Sun 11am to 6pm. Admission is $8 for adults, $4 for seniors, children 12 & under admitted free with parent. Conjure One Cd Release Party. Rhys Fulber is an original member of Delerium and Front Line Assembly. He also produced an amazing remix of Skinny Puppy's Worlock on the Dys-Temper album. This latest project of Fulber is a haunting ethereal masterpiece. Features vocals by POE, Sinead O¹Connor, Marie Claire D¹Ubaldo and Jeff Martin (Tea Party).


Sun. Sept. 29th: A Couple Of Guys present The Mission UK

The Mission Uk have not played in Toronto in over 10 years. Come hear what they have to offer in new songs as well as classic like "Wasteland", "Deliverance", and of course "Tower Of Strength" who knows what they might play.
